1] This matter was not on the board. A motion was moved at 10:30 a.m. indicating grave urgency in the matter as it was conveyed that the original plaintiff, in Regular Civil Suit 48/2017, is harvesting the crop standing in the suit property, which allegedly belongs to the petitioners. Hence, this matter was taken on the board subject to registration and was heard immediately.

2] At this juncture, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submit that since the original plaintiff's application seeking police protection is pending in the suit, the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition so as to move the same Court as regards the alleged illegal act committed by the plaintiff in purported connivance with the police authority.

3] In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn. In the event the petitioners move an application before the trial court in Regular Civil Suit No.48/2017, the same shall be considered on its own merits.
