By the present application, the applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 01/12/2021 passed by Additional Sessions Judge-12, Nagpur in Misc. Criminal Application No. 3513 of 2021 whereby the order dated 26/08/2021 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur in Crime No.346/2021 rejecting application for cash security and directing to furnish two solvent sureties out of which one from District Madurai (Tamilnadu) and another surety from Nagpur City, is set aside and modified to the extent that the applicant shall provide one surety from Nagpur City instead of Tamilnadu and also pay Rupees Ten Thousand as cash security.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is ready to give local solvent surety and will also deposit the cash security.

In view of this, no orders are required on this application as the learned Additional Sessions Judge has asked to give one surety only.

The Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
