DATED : 25-02-2020 The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime 206/2019 registered at Police Station Channi, District Akola for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 409 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perusal of the first information report which is lodged on 28-7-2019 as regards the incident allegedly occurred in May 2018 would reveal that the co-accused Ajit Kale is attributed the major role. The co-accused Ajit Kale is the Secretary of the Co-operative Bank and the informant alleges that he was asked by Ajit Kale to handover the ATM Card and PIN under a false pretext, and that specifically several withdrawals were made from the account of the complainant.

Vide order dated 17-9-2019 this Court (Coram : V.M. Deshpande, J.) has allowed the application for anticipatory bail preferred by the co-accused Ajit Kale. 4.

In this view of the matter, since the co-accused is released on bail has played a more prominent role in the alleged incident, this application is allowed. 5.

In the event of arrest in Crime 206/2019 registered at Police Station Channi, District Akola, the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety of like amount. 6.

The applicant is directed to attend Police Station Channi, District Akola twice in a week i.e. on every Saturday and Sunday and shall remain with the Investigating Officer between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till filing of charge-sheet.
