Since the allegations against the applicant are very serious and when this Court has expressed its inclination not to grant bail to the applicant, Mr. Motwani, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application. He submits that liberty be granted to the applicant to file an application for bail, afresh after filing of the charge-sheet before the Court below. 3.

Permission is granted as prayed for. The application is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the applicant to file an application for bail after filing of the charge-sheet.
