As the order of suspension dated 08/01/2018 has been withdrawn, without observing anything further on merits of the controversy and keeping the contentions of the parties open, we dispose of the writ petition. No costs. CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 29/2018.

As we do not see any malafides and amends have been made, we are not inclined to intervene in the contempt petition. The Contempt Petition is, therefore, disposed of. No costs.
