The learned counsel for legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 despite appearance remained absent. The respondent Nos.2 to 4 are formal parties. 3.

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 25 days in bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1/Ravindra Balkrishna Nikam, who admittedly died on 20.04.2017. Prayer for setting aside abatement if any is also made.

There is no oppose to the application and therefore, considering right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of all the prayers made therein and disposed of. 5.

The necessary amendment be carried out within the nd.thawre

stipulated period.
