Heard Advocate Shri Sharma for the applicant. Applicant is lady aged about 46 years. As per the report victim was sold by the present applicant. But in first part of the report victim has stated that she was having sexual relation with the main accused who eloped her in Andhra Pradesh. It appears from the report that before taking her to Andhra Pradesh the main accused had sexual relation with the complainant. First para of the report shows that she willingly kept sexual relation with the main accused. Victim is aged 27 years. As per her report she was taken by car upto village Chikhali bus stand and thereafter to A.P. she could have raised hue and cry she could ran away.

Looking to the allegation in the report, applicant is entitled for bail. Hence, following order. [i] The application is allowed.

[ii] The applicant be released on bail on furnishing

ba93.19.O.odt PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in like amount on following conditions.

[a] The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

[b] The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.

[c] The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.

[d] Breach of any condition amounts to cancellation of bail.
