Heard Shri M.P. Khajanchi, learned counsel for the petitioner extensively. After hearing for some time he submits that he wishes to withdraw the petition. He submits that the proceedings before the respondent no.1 are fixed on 04.02.2021. He also submits that his case is covered by the law laid down by this Court in Dr. Gazala Yasmeen w/o Maruf Khan Vs. State of Maharashtra and other reported in 2019 (3) Mh.L.J. 325. It is always open for the petitioner to make said submission before the Authority and Authority is expected to pass the order, in accordance with law. (2) The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
