Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division Nagpur, pursuant to communication issued by Education Officer (Primary), Gadchiroli to Education Officer, (Primary) Bhandara on 7.2.2020 so as to look into the entitlement of the petitioner for release of the benefits to which the deceased employee was entitled to.

The petitioner undertakes to appear before the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur on 31.5.2024.

After hearing the respective parties, we expect said authority to take decision within two weeks.
