Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application for review.
The attempt on the part of the learned counsel for the applicant is to re-consider the matter to enable a different view being taken from the one which was taken while deciding the aforesaid writ petition.
On perusing the material on record, I do not find any error apparent on the face of record to invoke review jurisdiction. The application is thus rejected.
