The petitioner is seeking for amendment as prayed for.

Perusal of the application reveals that the proposed amendment is in consonance with the relief claimed in petition. The other side would get opportunity to respond the same. In view of that the amendment deserves to be allowed and same is allowed accordingly.

Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. After effecting the amendment, issue notice to the newly added respondent no. 4, returnable on 13th July, 2022.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
