DATE : April 12, 2016 Though prayer for condonation of delay is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned subject to applicants not being entitled for interest on the amount of compensation if enhanced, for the period from 28/04/2014 till 23/01/2015.

Civil application is allowed in aforesaid terms and disposed of.
