FEBRUARY 5, 2016 It is not in dispute that on earlier two occasions, offence of same type was registered. As contended by learned counsel for the applicant, in one crime already there is acquittal recorded. However, in another crime, no decision is yet given.

In the present case, liquor worth Rs.35,000/- was seized and I am not inclined to entertain the present application.

In view of above, Criminal Application No.55/2016 is rejected.
