The correction which required in the order dated 12/08/2021 is pointed out in paragraph No. 4 of the application to which the learned Counsel for the non-applicant Shri Joshi has no objection. He is not disputing that the words "nine mango old trees" are missing in the order dated 12/08/2021.

In that view of the matter, the correction be carried out in order dated J.Pethe

914 cao 556-2021.odt 12/08/2021 and wherever there is a mention of "21 trees", it be replaced by "9 mango old trees along with 21 teak trees." Correction be carried out in paragraph No. 5 and in direction (b) accordingly.
