DATED : 04-03-2020 The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime 153/2019 registered under the provisions of Section 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code.

The investigation is complete and the chargesheet is filed. 3.

The prosecution case is that the prosecutrix was induced into sexual relationship by promise of marriage. The accusation is that after the prosecutrix conceived from the relationship, the applicant-accused refused to marry her.

The applicant has no criminal antecedents.

The applicant is not likely to flee away from the course of justice.

In this view of the matter, there is no need to continue the incarceration.

The application is allowed.

The applicant be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount.

The applicant shall not contact the prosecutrix or any other witness and any attempt to influence the trial shall entail cancellation of bail.
