(Dated : 11/12/2021) Both the parties have settled their dispute and they have filed terms of compromise in Form '

N" jointly. The respondent No.5 - National Insurance Company shall pay amount of Rs.3,75,000/- and respondent No.6 - New India Assurance Co. Ltd. shall pay amount of Rs.1,25,000/- to the claimants within sixty days from the date of award, failing which both the Insurance Companies shall pay interest @ 7.5 % p.a. from the date of award, till its realization.
