DATED : 20-01-2017 This civil application is filed on 27-01-2015. The appeal is admitted on 20-10-2015. The civil application was not pressed on that day. There is no explanation why the prayer for interim order is not pressed for almost two years. The impugned award is dated 02-05-2014. By the impugned award, the appellant is directed to pay the amount of compensation alongwith other benefits including interest at 15% per annum after one year of the date of award. The concerned authorities have been negligent in pursuing the matter. I do not see any reason to consider the prayer for the appellant for grant of interim order.

The civil application is dismissed.
