DATED : 25 FEBRUARY 2022 P.C. :- The cause that arises to file this Writ Petition was the demand made by the Respondent - College to the Petitioner to deposit 100% of the fees while admitting the Petitioner to medical course. According to the Petitioner, since the Petitioner is belonging to economically weaker section and eligible for concession under the Government Resolution dated 3 May 2018, the Petitioner was supposed to deposit only 50% of the fees. An interim order was passed in this Petition. The Petitioner has been given admission by the Respondent - College and is currently studying. The issue that remains as the balance 50% fees.

2 / 2 55-wp-1037-2022 The Government Resolution dated 3 May 2018 provides for methodology as regards the payment of fees. The Respondent No.2 will have to follow the course of action as laid down in the Government Resolution as regards the 50% of the balance fees and these fees cannot be demanded from the Petitioner.

With these clarifications, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
