DATED : 03/03/2021 Having gone through the reasons stated in the impugned judgment and the grounds raised in the Appeal memo, the Respondent nos. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw total 75% of the compensation deposited by the Appellant/Acquiring Body before this Court.

Respondent nos. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw 50% compensation on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
