The applicant herein, who was the original claimant, has sought withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body.

Having considered the reasons for enhancement and the grounds raised in the appealmemo, respondent No.1-claimant is permitted to withdraw 75% amount of the compensation. 50% of the amount of compensation shall be paid on furnishing an usual undertaking and balance 25% on furnishing surety.

The application stands disposed of.
