DATED : 14-02-2017 In view of the order passed today in Writ Petition No.6300/2016 staying the effect, operation and execution of the impugned order of removal of the petitioner from the post of Member of Gram-Panchayat and directing that he be permitted to participate in the affairs of the Gram-Panchayat as its Member, the grievance of the petitioner in this contempt cannot be entertained.

The contempt petition is dismissed.
