This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. There is a delay of 35 days. 2.

Having gone through the contents of the application and considering that the reasons stated in the application are satisfactory and as the sufficient cause has been shown for the condonation of delay, I am of the opinion that the present application needs to be allowed. Accordingly, I pass the following order:

a) The criminal application is allowed.

b) The delay caused in filing appeal is condoned. c) Office is requested to register the appeal and place the matter before this Court on 'Admission'.
