Considering the nature of the order challenged and the submission restricted to comply the order within sixty days from the date of the order, I do not think it necessary to issue notice. 3.

It is seen that on the application made by the applicants for suspension of substantive sentence the learned Additional Sessions Judge was pleased to allow the same subject to condition that the applicants/appellants shall deposit 20 % of the compensation awarded by the learned trial Court within 30 days in the appellate Court. Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that if further 30 days time is granted from today the applicants/appellants will comply the order passed by the learned

2 1.apl.215.2023 Additional Sessions Judge. In my view, the purpose of the nonapplicant/respondent will be served if the directions are issued to the applicants/appellants to deposit the 20 % of the amount of compensation within 30 days from today.

In view of this, the petition is allowed. The order to the extent of time granted for deposit of the amount is set aside. In place of it following order is passed.

The appellants/applicants shall deposit 20 % of the compensation amount within 30 days from today. The criminal application stands disposed of.
