In view of terms stated in the Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.03.2024, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. Permission is granted.

As both the parties are agreed to receive half of the amount by each of them deposited by the petitioner in this Court, permission is granted to withdraw the 50% amount by the petitioner and remaining 50% amount by the respondents along with interest accrued there on. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
