DATED : 1 3-2 -202 During the pendency of the petition, the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati has passed order dated 5-9-2022 approving the appointment of the petitioner from 29-9-2017, which is the date of reinstatement of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain grievances do survive. Illustratively, according to the petitioner, since he is granted continuity in service, he is entitled to approval from the date of appointment i.e. 26-6-2007. The other grievance is that although the appointment is approved, the salary grant for the concerned period is not released.

We are not inclined to delve deeper in view of the fair submission that if liberty is granted, the grievances

2 w.p. 755.2020.odt shall be placed before the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati, who may be directed to take appropriate decision in a stipulated time frame. 4.

We dispose of the petition by permitting the petitioner to make a representation before the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati with the grievances which survive. If such a representation is made within the next two weeks, the same shall be decided by the Enquiry Officer within the next three weeks.

The petition is disposed of.
