The applicant/respondent No. 2 has filed this application to correct her name in the appeal memo as 'Meena w/o Madhukarrao Dhokane' instead of 'Meena w/o Madhukarrao Lohokare, for which learned counsel for the appellant has no objection, as the Registrar (J) has supported the contentions of the applicant. 3.

It also appears that by order dated 05.02.2025, this Court has directed the Registrar (J) to verify the facts about the controversy of the name of the applicant and submit his report. Accordingly, Registrar (J) has submitted his report stating that the name of respondent No. 2 was mentioned in the claim petition as 'Meena Madhukar Dhokane'; however, in the judgment of the Tribunal and appeal memo, the said name was mentioned as 'Meena Madhukar Lohokare'. In view of the same and no objection of the applicant as well as perusal of a copy of the Aadhar Card, I found substance in the contentions of the learned counsel for the applicant, in that regard. Hence, the application is allowed as prayed.

The appellant is directed to correct the name of respondent No. 2 as 'Meena Madhukar Dhokane' instead of 'Meena Madhukar Lohokare', and upon carrying out the amendment, shall supply a copy of the amended appeal memo to the other side. 5.
