Considering the fact that the applicant whose complaint was what which weighed with the Scrutiny Committee in passing the impugned order of invalidation of tribe claim of the petitioner, we are of the view that the applicant has an interest in the lis and therefore, he is a necessary party here.

The application is allowed.

It is directed that the applicant be added as party respondent to the Petition by causing necessary amendments to the cause title on or before the next date.

Copy of the Petition along with all annexures be furnished to the learned counsel for the newly added respondent.
