DATED : 21/06/2019 The writ petition filed by the applicants - petitioners is dismissed as none appeared for the applicants - petitioners when the matter was called out. Now, the application praying for restoration of the petition is filed. As there is delay of 2 years, 3 months and 19 days, civil application praying for condonation of delay is filed. As the petition is dismissed before notices of the petition were issued, and accepting the explanation given in the application, delay in filing the MCA is condoned, order passed by this Court on 06/09/2016 is recalled and the writ petition is restored.
The civil application and miscellaneous civil application are allowed accordingly.
