This is an application for condonation of delay of 25 days in filing Misc. Civil Application for review of the order dated 28th November, 2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3395 of 2014.

Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

Accepting the reasons furnished in the application to be sufficient and satisfactory, and with the consent of learned AGP, the application is allowed and delay is condoned.

This Review Application is taken up for final hearing.

We have heard learned Adv. Mr. Borkar at length. We have perused the grounds in the Review Application. We find no error apparent on the face of record to interfere in the matter, particularly when the State has promised to pay allowance for travel of original petitioner from Nagpur to Amravati.

Rejected.
