Pursuant to the order dated 19/10/2022, Mr. Sheikh Majid, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2Education Officer (Primary) has tendered an order dated 09/11/2022 thereby absorbing the services of the petitioner at Railway Jan Mandal Primary School, Ajni, Nagpur. The said order is taken on record and marked "B" for identification. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined at the said school on 10/11/2022. 02] In view of aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner with regard to the absorption of his services stands resolved. Insofar as the petitioner's claim for unpaid salary, it is clarified that the petitioner is free to pursue the remedy in that regard and also by making representation to the Education Officer (Primary). If such steps are taken, the Education Officer (Primary) shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a decision. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
