The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent no.2 to conduct the M.B.A. examination commencing from 09.02.2015, at Nagpur.
We find that the cause for filing this writ petition has been rendered infructuous as though this Court had issued notices to the respondents, making it returnable on 06.02.2015, the writ petition was neither listed on the Board nor heard, after the notice was issued. The examination must have been conducted on 09.02.2015.
Since the cause for filing the writ petition has been rendered infructuous, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
