DATED : 15 - 2 -202 The substantive relief sought in this petition is declaration that notice dated 13-1-2022 (Annexure P-4) issued by the respondent 2 in purported exercise of power under Section 48 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code is without jurisdiction.

I am not inclined to entertain the petition at this stage.

The petitioner may appear before the authority and raised all the contentions which are raised in the present petition.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent 2 on 16-2-2022 and the order shall be passed within the next 72 Hours, after hearing the petitioner.
