According to the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, the Petitioners have no concern with the lands which has styled as owners by the Respondent. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners are the owners of Khasra No.61/1, 61/2/3, 63/2 and 63/3. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that except these lands the Petitioners cannot have any objection for the Respondent to proceed." 2.

We note and as informed by the counsel, there is no separate notice given to the Petitioners in respect of the above mentioned khasra numbers. The learned Counsel for the Respondent states that if the Respondent intends to proceed in respect of these khasra numbers, they will give Petitioners a suitable advance notice as per law.

As and when such notice is received by the Petitioners, it will be open for the Petitioners to take necessary steps as may be available in law. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

In light of these directions, the impugned notice which is addressed the Petitioners does not survive as against the Petitioners.
