DATE : 03.02.2016 By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction that the respondent no.2 should decide the application for mutation filed by the petitioner.

According to the petitioner, certain deficiencies were pointed out on 7.10.2014 but thereafter though the same were removed, the application was not decided.

Shri A.S. Fulzele, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, on instructions, states that the application in question has been rejected on 16.3.2015. Statement is accepted. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by aforesaid adjudication, she is free to challenge the same, in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
