The original claimants seek permission to withdraw the amount of compensation that was deposited by the acquiring body during the course of the present proceedings. The first appeal as well as the cross-objection have been decided on 22.12.2020. In view thereof, the claimants are permitted to withdraw the balance amount of compensation lying in deposit with accrued interest.

The civil application is disposed of.
