The petitioner is already terminated from service as he failed to submit caste validity certificate.

Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is, the petitioner's claim can be considered by accommodating him on a supernumerary post in the light of the policy of the government reflected in the Government Resolution dated 21.12.2019. 4.
In the backdrop of aforesaid submission, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to move representation not only to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 but also to the education authorities for consideration of his case in the light of the Government Resolution dated 21.12.2019. If such representation is made, the respondentauthority shall decide the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of representation.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
