DATED : 21-12-2021 Both the learned Counsel in unison state that in view of the death of the applicant-husband on 23-7-2021, the revision may be disposed of.

The non-applicant/wife has already withdrawn the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lac) which her deceased husband deposited in this Court. She would be allowed to retain the said amount since the deposit was towards the payment of arrears of maintenance.

Both the learned Counsel agree that in view of the unfortunate death of the applicant-husband, there is no other claim or right or entitlement which is required to be decided in the present proceedings.

The revision application is disposed of accordingly.
