After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh after six months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial. 4.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application after one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
