The learned counsel for the applicant points out that in the order dated 21/12/2023 certain corrections are necessary to the effect that 'permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.39,795/- kept in FDR with Union Bank of India, D.B.A. Extension Counter, Civil Lines, Nagpur with accrued interest', is to be made.

Accordingly, the order dated 21/12/2023, passed in Civil Application No.3180 of 2023 be corrected as under and the order be uploaded afresh :

"For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed, to the extent prayer clause (ii) and thereby permission is granted to the appellant to withdraw the amount of Rs.39,795/- kept in FDR with Union Bank of India, D.B.A. Extension Counter, Civil Lines, Nagpur with accrued interest."

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly." Civil Application No.360/2024 is disposed of accordingly.
