This is an application for restoration of first appeal which was dismissed for non-filing of paper book as per the direction of this Court.

Considering submission of learned advocate for the appellant, the application is allowed subject to filing of paper book on or before 02.01.2025.

It is clarified that, if the paper book is not filed on or before 02.01.2025, the application shall be deemed to be rejected without further order.
