At the outset, the petitioner has invited our attention to order dated 29/11/2024 passed by the respondent no. 3 - Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Warora, by which, he was directed to reinstate on the post of Peon.

According to the petitioner, till this date, the said order has not been complied with. Be that as it may, in view of the peculiar facts pointed out, we direct the Authorities to treat the present petition as a representation and take the appropriate decision in the light of order dated 29/11/2024. The said exercise be done within a period of six weeks from today.

The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of
