None appears for the petitioners.

The petition challenges the order dated 20.12.2014 passed by 8th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Nagpur thereby allowing the respondent (original plaintiff) to re-examine the witnesses.

The perusal of the documents show that the said suit is of the year 2010. The order passed by the learned Judge on 20.12.2014 is challenged by the present petitioners on 2.2.2015. The petition was placed before this court on earlier occasions i.e. on 28.4.2015, 23.10.2015 and 9.12.2015. The order-sheet shows that the matter is adjourned either at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners or for the reason that none appeared for the petitioners. Today also, none appears for the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed for default.
