The learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the issue involved in this case stands answered against the petitioners and in favour of the respondent by the judgment dated 26.8.2015 in Writ Petition No.886/2015 [The Union of India, through General Manager, Central Railway, Mumbai CST, Mumbai and another .vs. Satyabhamabai Dashrath Raghunath]. Hence, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 26.8.2015 in Writ Petition No.886/2015, we dismiss the writ petition, with no order as to costs.
