Perused the Civil Application as also order dated 12.01.2017, disposing of Writ Petition No. 547 of 2014. 3.

The order of this Court disposing of Writ Petition, clearly observes that the amount due and payable to individuals is to be worked out and legality or permissibility of its recovery from respondent Nos. 2 & 3 and Trustees - respondent Nos. 4 to 10 also needs to be adjudicated upon.

In this situation, we find the present civil application erroneous. It is rejected. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
