DATED : 25/01/2023 Civil Application (CAC) No.17/2023 By this revision application, applicant has challenged the order dated 2.8.2022 passed by 7th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur in Special Civil Suit No.695 of 2020 on the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The notice was issued to the respondent however, it could not be served. Initially notice was issued on his official address. It is learnt by the applicant that the office is now not in existence and it is permanently closed. Therefore, this Civil Application is filed by the applicant to seek permission to serve the respondent on his residential address.

Considering the contentions raised in the application that, the office is permanently closed and no purpose will be served by issuing the notice on his official address.

(2) 67.cra.120.2022 The applicant is permitted to serve the respondent on his residential address.

Civil Application No.17 of 2023 is disposed of.
