2] This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 13/01/2020 passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 1224/2018.

3] It is stated that though the name of respondent No.2 was deleted vide order dated 21/08/2018, this Court in para 4 of the aforesaid order has directed as under :

"4. XXXX The amount of compensation deposited by the appellant before this Court be paid to respondent Nos.1 and 2 alongwith accrued interest thereon, if any."

11CAF 201.2021 4] In this view of the matter, the application is allowed. Necessary corrections as above be made in the aforesaid order, and correct order be uploaded on the website.
