By order dated 21.04.2025, this Court has opined that no substantial question of law arises for consideration of appeal. However, only for making a statement with regard to the time that when the appellants would vacate the premises, this appeal kept pending.

It is informed by the learned counsel for the respondents that the appellants before the Executing Court has stated that they will vacate the premises on 06.05.2025, but they have not vacated the premises.

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the appellants have filed an affidavit seeking eleven months time to vacate the premises. Thus, contrary statement is made by the appellants before the Executing Court as well as before this Court.

Be that as it may, since no substantial question of law arises, hence, the appeal is dismissed with a direction to vacate the suit premises within a period of two months from today. JUDGE Tambe.
