Appeal is already disposed of. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are already permitted to withdraw the compensation amount. However, while passing the order, inadvertently the reference regarding the accrued interest was not mentioned in the order and therefore, the respondents have only withdrawn the principal amount.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the accrued interest on due identification and verification Civil application is disposed of.
