Mr. S.D. Harode, Adv. for petitioner/s Mr. Deepak Thakre, AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 Mr. D.M. Surjuse, Adv.for Respondent No. 5 CORAM : B.R.GAVAI & INDIRA K.JAIN, JJ.
DATED : 7th July, 2015.
Mr. Deepak Thakre, learned Addl.G.P.
states that the tender in question is already cancelled. Mr. Harode, learned counsel for petitioner states that the same is done with an intention to again invite tenders afresh for the same work and in order to defeat the present petition.
We find that the apprehension expressed, at this stage, cannot be said to be well-founded. If respondents indulge into such an act, the petitioner is always at liberty to move this Court.
Writ Petition is rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
