Challenge is on account of coming into force of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, (Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act, 2013. The petitioners pray for permission to place on record documents received under Right to Information Act, to buttress the contention that neither possession is taken nor compensation has been paid. Respective counsel are seeking time. However as petition is yet to be admitted, we allow the amendment. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week. The respondents to file their reply/additional replies, if any, within a further period of two weeks.
